There is an ancient legend wherein godlike sentinels known as the Aethervard created a sentient sword to guide their servants in the magic realm of Annwn. The sword was known as Excalibur, and the servants were known as the Pendragons.
One such Pendragon was the mighty King Arthur. After Arthur’s fall, Excalibur disappeared, leaving Annwn and the other realms without a Pendragon…until this legacy is revived!
In the year 2013, 17-year-old Ryan Walker of Fort Collins suffers from severe depression after his mother’s death. While struggling to cope with this loss, Ryan awakens one night to find the emblem of Excalibur appearing on his shoulder, revealing that he is Excalibur’s new Pendragon.
